Nice day for a white wedding

This is what I wore to friends wedding last Friday, I panic purchased the dress from eBay a right bargain at £29, and it arrived the morning of the wedding, talk about cutting it fine.
I paired it with some Matalan heels and my grandma's clutch and big ass earrings. I have been quite taken with beehiving my hair of late, anything to avoid washing it basically. I did wear a hat but these photos were taken at 3am in the morning and it had slid off by then (edit* found some hat pics on facetwat), as had most of my face. So do excuse the grainy hotel room shots.

Also I am thinking of investing in a dslr camera if anyone has any tips on what to go for, my budget is going to be about £350, just selling one kidney for now.

Me and the dude, and his beautiful niece Evie Rose, she was the perfect flower girl.

Said hat with veil, I felt like a femme fatale, ooh err.

  7. Amazing dress! So awesome when you can find a good deal on ebay! Love the shape and color! As for DSLR camera it is worth the investment, the picture quality is so much better than a regular camera! I have a sony one because they have the quickest auto focusing as I do a lot of action shots! I know a lot of people like the Canon Rebel one but it was too slow in auto focusing for me so I returned it.

  8. how divine that dress is! I'm obsessed with ebaying vintage dresses too. Sometimes heartbreaking when you lose the bidding, but the happiest feeling ever when you finally get your treasure in the mail.

  11. Such a steal on a remarkable dress! I'm glad that you got it in time. Your hairstyle is very becoming with the brocade dress. I'd like to wear a beehive more often, but they always turn out terribly ratty. Rats!
